World Series Trophy in Lakewood
The 2008 World Series Champion Philadelphia Phillies have announced that the World Series trophy will be making a stop at their Minor League affiliate in New Jersey.
The coveted World Series trophy will visit the Lakewood BlueClaws on January 13th as part of a banquet.
The trophy will be on display at the Woodlake Golf and Country Club in Lakewood, New Jersey.
The trophy will also make stops in the tri-state area on a tour that begins sometime in January. Details will be posted on the Phillies website in early January.
Tickets for the event in Lakewood can be obtained by calling the BlueClaws during normal business hours.
